Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject", in fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (as amended), voluntarily, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Administration of the Taskpay service (hereinafter "the Service", address: (taskpay.ru)) for the automated, as well as non-automated, processing of my personal data provided at registration by filling out the registration form on the website taskpay.ru and its subdomains, completed using the Service. 

This consent is given for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the Administration of the Service, as well as other agreements expressly provided for in the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other agreements posted on the website, and for their subsequent execution, participation in promotions, decision-making, or taking other actions that have legal consequences for me personally or for other persons, and also for receiving, processing requests, processing and receiving payments; for informing me about the status of requests and the Services through email, SMS, or PUSH notifications; for improving the quality of the Service; for conducting statistical and other studies on the basis of anonymized data.

This consent is provided with respect to any information directly or indirectly related to me, including (but not limited to): my name, email address, contact phone number, and any other information relating to me available or known to the Service at any given time. 

This consent is granted for any actions with my personal data that are necessary or desirable to achieve the aforementioned purposes, including, without limitation, collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), use, distribution (including transmission), anonymization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as any other actions with my personal data in accordance with the applicable Russian legislation. 

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, if it becomes necessary to provide my personal data to a third party to achieve the above purposes, the Service is entitled, to the extent necessary, to disclose my personal information (including personal data) to such third parties and their authorized representatives, as well as to provide these parties with the relevant documents containing such information. I further acknowledge and confirm that this consent is deemed to be given to any such third parties mentioned above, with the applicable amendments, and that such third parties have the right to process my personal data on the basis of this consent. 

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, for the achievement of the above purposes, and in the absence of any alternative means of obtaining information about me (including personal data), the Service is entitled to request and obtain such information from third parties as needed.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that:

— this consent to the processing of personal data is given from the moment of registration on the Website and remains valid until it is withdrawn in writing;

— a written withdrawal must be sent by the Data Subject to the email address [email protected].

I hereby give my consent and do not object to the Service or any other persons acting on its behalf sending messages, including advertising or other content, to the email address or by other means of communication provided by me at registration on the Website.

I have read and agree to the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy governing the processing of personal data of Taskpay service users, as posted on the website at  taskpay.ru/special-pages/politika_konfidencialnosti. I acknowledge that the contents of these documents are clear and understandable to me.
