Terms of Use
1. General Conditions
1.1. The Taskpay electronic service is an online platform that enables users to post and complete tasks in fields such as advertising services, translations, information search, etc. Users perform certain actions on behalf of each other using the platform's services. A user who sends a task to another user may also complete a reciprocal task for that or another user.
1.2. The Administration is not responsible for the content of user tasks and the advertised pages.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to suspend and reset any actions or orders without notice if complaints are received regarding their content or if they appear suspicious.
1.4. By accepting these Terms of Use, the user acknowledges that they use the service at their own risk.
1.5. If the user does not agree with one or more provisions of the Terms of Use, further use of the service is prohibited.
1.6. If the user does not agree with one or more provisions of the Terms of Use, further use of the platform is prohibited.

2. Profiles and Accounts
2.1. When using the platform, it is prohibited to:
2.1.1. Have more than one account on the site taskpay.ru. Otherwise, Taskpay may block all accounts associated with the user;
2.1.2. Buy, sell, transfer, or otherwise distribute accounts posted on taskpay.ru;
2.1.3. Manipulate the account rating by any available means. A fine will be imposed for the first violation, and repeated violations may lead to account blocking.
2.2. To complete tasks, it is prohibited to use:
2.2.1. Inactive social network profiles;
2.2.2. Other persons' social network profiles or their clones;
2.2.3. Incomplete social network profiles, profiles without avatars, or profiles with closed walls.
3. Task Creation
3.1. It is prohibited to create tasks for websites, channels, pages, public groups, or posts that contain:
3.1.1. Viruses or phishing links that may pose a security risk to users;
3.1.2. Undesirable software that installs without explicit warning or user consent;
3.1.3. Programs, materials, or services related to hacking of software, websites, secured systems, or accounts, as well as resources that facilitate hacking or cybercrime;
3.1.4. Pornographic content in any form or erotic material that may be directly displayed, such as in visits, browsing, emails, banners, etc.;
3.1.5. Websites providing intimate services or those focused on one-night stands and similar services;
3.1.6. Content that incites violence, racism, nationalism, immoral behavior, or criminal activity;
3.1.7. Political, religious, or highly social content that may provoke disputes or conflicts;
3.1.8. Excessive advertising, pop-ups, heavy content, or other distracting elements;
3.1.9. Extremist content that may violate the laws of Russia or CIS countries;
3.1.10. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and the distribution of personal data of third parties;
3.1.11. Materials containing any form of fraud;
3.1.12. Direct or indirect insults, even if the user is not the owner of the material;
3.1.13. Information on fundraising, except for official funds and help centers operating on legal grounds;
3.1.14. Resources that have been blocked by Yandex Safe Browsing or Google Safe Browsing, indicating potential security risks;
3.1.15. Functionality that interferes with the operation of the platform or its components, as well as software modules used in the project;
3.1.16. Websites that take an excessively long time to load for any reason, which may reduce user satisfaction.
3.2. It is also prohibited to create tasks:
3.2.1. With personal orders where the client is also the performer;
3.2.2. Fictitious orders for which work will not be paid;
3.2.3. Tasks with vague wording and ambiguous meaning;
3.2.4. Tasks that require the performance of multiple actions. Combining two or more actions that can be performed separately into one task is prohibited (for example, translating two or more articles, leaving at least five comments, etc.);
3.2.5. Identical (or nearly identical) tasks. Do not create multiple tasks when one recurring task would suffice;
3.2.6. Tasks that require the sending of paid SMS messages (or other payments);
3.2.7. Tasks that request or use users' credentials, including phone numbers, passport details, or bank account information;
3.2.8. Tasks whose completion may result in debt obligations for the performer;
3.2.9. Discrediting tasks;
3.2.10. Tasks with conditions that are clearly unachievable or cannot be completed within the allotted time;
3.2.11. Tasks leading to websites for earning money, boosting, or promotion.
4. Task Execution
4.1. Users are prohibited from:
4.1.1. Accepting orders that they cannot complete on time and with the required quality;
4.1.2. Providing work results for a task if they do not hold the rights to them;
4.1.3. Submitting false reports on task completion;
4.1.4. Accepting tasks that contain prohibited content, including that which is directly or indirectly related to politics.
5. Partner Program
5.1. Referred users must be active on the platform, meaning they must complete tasks and/or top up their balance. Otherwise, Taskpay reserves the right to delete the referral account associated with a partner. Determination of sufficient activity is at Taskpay's discretion.
5.2. Users are prohibited from using the platform's trademark, logo, design elements, or any other intellectual property of Taskpay without prior written consent from Taskpay.
5.3. The use of targeted advertising for the Taskpay brand is prohibited.
