User Agreement

Electronic service Taskpay is an online platform that enables users to post and complete tasks in the fields of advertising services, translations, information search, etc. Users perform certain actions on behalf of one another using the platform's services. The user who sends a task to another may also complete a counter-task for that or another user.

The service agreement is concluded directly between users. Every user who utilizes the features of the online platform may simultaneously be a client and a performer of similar services for other users.

The service provides only the means to facilitate convenient interaction between users, as well as other services expressly provided in this agreement.

The service is not a social network where users have personal pages, nor is it affiliated with social networks such as VK (vk.com), Twitter (twitter.com), YouTube (youtube.com), or others.

The service is not an organization that performs tasks on behalf of users for their benefit, the result of which includes, but is not limited to, posting, modifying information on users' pages in social networks, on websites, or in applications.

All information posted on the electronic service (website) is for reference purposes only and cannot be used as the sole authoritative source, including for ordering and completing tasks.

The service is an auxiliary means for user interaction and does not replace personal communication. It acts solely as an informational intermediary between users.

By using the electronic service, any user confirms that they have read, understood, accepted, and fully agree to comply with this agreement. In the cases specified herein, the user is deemed to have made an offer to another user or to have received an offer from another user.

Any user is considered as such from the moment of registration on the website or performing other actions related to the use of the service until the termination of the parties' obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. Terms and Definitions.

The User Agreement for the use of the Taskpay service (hereinafter referred to as the user agreement, agreement, or offer) is an offer addressed to an unlimited number of persons and is presented in this document.

The Parties to the User Agreement are the service (hereinafter also referred to as the Service, online platform, or platform) Taskpay and the user.

Taskpay (the Taskpay service) refers to the entire administrative and technical team of the Service, responsible for its development and operation, acting as a single entity; in direct contact with the user; and undertaking to provide consultation regarding matters directly related to the use of the Service. Taskpay is one of the parties to this User Agreement.

Social networks refer to online services that function to establish social connections between registered users, where users have personal pages. Such networks include: VK (vk.com), Twitter (twitter.com), YouTube (youtube.com), and others.

An application is a program designed to perform specific tasks and intended for direct user interaction.

The electronic platform is a complex of hardware and software organizational, informational, and technical solutions that ensure user interaction through electronic communication channels. The electronic platform includes an online resource (website).

An internet resource (website) is a resource located on the Internet at the address taskpay.ru and its subdomains, which is owned by the proprietor of the Taskpay electronic platform.

A website is a complex object of intellectual property comprising a collection of computer programs, databases, textual, graphical, and other information accessible to the user.

Services refer to the services provided by one user to another (or to other users), including those related to the posting or modification of information on users' pages in social networks, on websites, in applications, as well as the performance of orders in the field of advertising services, translations, information search, etc.; and the services provided by the Taskpay electronic platform.

Registration is the process of submitting user data through a special form on the website, required for the Taskpay electronic platform to comply with the terms of the User Agreement, whereby the registering user becomes the beneficiary, and also to gain access to the platform's services and features.

User refers to any natural person who uses the features of the Taskpay service.

Client is the user who posts a task using the platform's features for another user under the conditions set forth in this agreement.

Performer is the user who receives a task from another user through the Taskpay service. This term applies to any natural person, an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter also recognized, to the extent possible, as a legal entity), or a legal entity that has voluntarily registered either independently or through a representative.

Partner means any natural person, individual entrepreneur (also recognized as a legal entity to the extent that it does not conflict with the nature of the subject of civil turnover), or legal entity that has voluntarily registered either independently or through a representative and has become a participant in the partner program.

User Data refers to personal data.

Personal Data includes: (a) data that is automatically transmitted during the use of Taskpay services via the software installed on the user's device (such as the IP address, cookie data, and information about the user's software and hardware). Taskpay hereby guarantees that, as a result of using the platform's services, it does not gain access to personal (or other) data stored on the users' devices; (b) personal information (including name, contact phone number, email address) that is voluntarily and knowingly provided by the natural person during registration on the website and is necessary for the execution of the User Agreement, in which the registering user is considered the beneficiary, as well as for gaining access to the platform's services. The name provided by the user is considered their pseudonym.

Service Agreement refers to the agreement governing the relationship between users for the provision of services related to posting or modifying information on users' pages in social networks, on websites, in applications, performing orders in the field of advertising services, translations, information search, etc.

Password is a unique sequence of characters and/or letters entered by the user during registration and used subsequently to access the user's personal account on the website.

Account is a personalized interface of the website with a set of user tools for accessing the services and features of the electronic platform.

Task is a request by a user for the provision of services related to posting or modifying information on pages in social networks, on websites, in applications, or performing orders in the field of advertising services, translations, information search, etc., under conditions set by the user that do not contradict this agreement and the rules of social networks. A task is created by the user through an electronic form on the website in accordance with this agreement.

Main Balance is a virtual account of the user on the website in rubles, the amount of which depends on the volume of completed tasks and the activity of partner referrals.

Advertising Balance is a virtual account of the user on the website in rubles, used to order services.

Referral is a person who has joined the platform via a referral link and completed the registration process.

Referral Link is a link to the platform that contains a unique identifier assigned to each registered user. This link is sent by the partner to the referral to grant access to the platform's services.

Rating is the evaluation of a registered user, based on activity on the platform and the quality of task completion.

2. Warranties and Representations.

2.1. The Taskpay electronic platform and the User hereby declare and warrant to each other that as of the date of entering into this User Agreement and during its term:

2.1.1. The platform operates in accordance with Russian law, possessing all rights and authority necessary to conduct its business in the Russian Federation;

2.1.2. It has full authority to enter into this User Agreement and to fulfill the obligations undertaken herein;

2.1.3. It has taken all necessary actions to enter into and perform this User Agreement, ensuring that the Agreement is legal, binding, and enforceable against it and its counterparty;

2.1.4. To the best of its knowledge, there are no unresolved legal issues, threats of litigation, or other circumstances that could negatively affect the party or its activities; nor is the party in breach of any material terms of any other agreement;

2.1.5. There are no provisions in Russian law or other normative acts, contracts, or agreements binding on the party or its property that would violate or hinder the signing or performance of this User Agreement;

2.1.6. The performance of the obligations under this Agreement is an unconditional obligation that holds at least equal priority with the party's other obligations;

2.1.7. All information and documents provided by one party to the other in connection with this User Agreement are truthful, complete, and accurate, and no facts that could adversely affect the other party's decision to enter into this Agreement have been concealed;

2.1.8. The party has sufficient information about its counterparty to select them and understands that the counterparty has adequate resources to fulfill its obligations under this User Agreement;

2.1.9. The obligations under this Agreement are legal, valid, and binding, and shall be fulfilled in accordance with its terms.

2.2. Each party acknowledges that it enters into this Agreement relying on the representations and warranties provided by the other party, which are material to its decision.

3. General Provisions.

3.1. The Taskpay electronic platform facilitates convenient remote interaction between users for posting, modifying, or performing other actions on users' pages in social networks, on websites, in applications, and for placing orders in the fields of advertising services, translations, and information search, and grants the right to use the platform under the conditions set forth in this User Agreement.

3.2. The use of the platform, as well as all relationships between the user and the Taskpay platform, are governed by this User Agreement.

3.3. By using the website or any of its functionalities, the user expresses unconditional consent to all terms of this User Agreement and any other conditions posted on the site, and agrees to comply with them; if the user disagrees with any of the terms, they must immediately cease using the services and leave the platform.

3.4. This User Agreement applies to all current services and features of the website, as well as to any future developments, additions, or modifications thereof.

3.5. The user acknowledges that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any relationship between the user and the Taskpay platform other than those expressly provided herein.

3.6. This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

3.7. Any disputes regarding this Agreement and the relationship between the user and the Taskpay platform shall be resolved in accordance with Russian law in the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Taskpay platform, unless otherwise provided by Russian law.

3.8. A court's finding that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

3.9. The failure of the Taskpay platform to act in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the user does not preclude the platform from taking appropriate action later, nor does it constitute a waiver of its rights in the event of subsequent similar or identical breaches.

3.10. The Taskpay platform reserves the right to modify or supplement this User Agreement without any special notification. The new version shall take effect upon its posting on this page, unless otherwise provided. The current version of the Agreement is always available at taskpay.ru/special-pages/polzovatelskoe_soglashenie.

User silence shall be deemed acceptance of any changes or additions to this Agreement.

3.11. By clicking the «Register» button, the user agrees to the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. This consent is also expressed at any stage of registration on the website or during the use of the website.

3.11.1. At registration, every user is assigned a rating of “Newbie” with a points balance of 0. Based on activity on the platform, the user's points balance may increase or decrease and their rating may change. The current statuses and points are displayed on taskpay.ru/board/main/my-rating-and-stat/all-statuses/user-days-stat and form an integral part of the service agreement.

3.11.2. Well-performed tasks, and tasks that are paid as part of agreements between users and this Agreement, contribute to the accrual of points and the improvement of the user's rating. Top-ups and positive reviews also affect the rating.

3.11.3. Cancellation or deletion by the user of their actions, or failure to comply with the terms for providing services to another user under this Agreement, will result in a deduction of points and a lowering of the user's rating. Factors such as arbitration losses, negative reviews, and low activity also adversely affect the rating.

3.11.4. The rating may be either positive or negative.

3.11.5. Current events and the number of points are displayed on taskpay.ru/board/main/my-rating-and-stat/all-statuses/user-days-stat#pop-up/userPointsTypes and are an integral part of the service agreement.

3.12. The user also confirms that they are not entitled to share their username and password with third parties, nor to obtain another person's username and/or password. The Taskpay platform is not responsible for transactions between users.

3.13. The user must immediately notify the Taskpay platform of any unauthorized access to their username or password, or any breach of security of their personal account on the platform.

3.14. The Taskpay platform reserves the right to block a user's account if the user does not use their access for 60 calendar days from the date of registration. All funds in the user's account at that time will be retained by Taskpay. The determination of account inactivity in each specific case is at the discretion of Taskpay.

3.15. The Taskpay platform is not responsible for any data the user provides to third-party resources and/or other third parties when navigating away from the platform.

3.16. The Taskpay platform is not responsible for any loss or damage to data that may occur due to the user's violation of this Agreement, or due to improper access or use of the website.

3.17. The user is solely responsible for the security of their chosen password and for maintaining its confidentiality. The user is responsible for all actions taken under or using their account (username), including voluntarily sharing access credentials with third parties without prior written consent from Taskpay, and all such actions are deemed to have been performed by the user.

3.18. To order and receive services through the Taskpay platform and to access its features, the user agrees to provide accurate and complete information as required during registration and necessary for the performance of obligations by Taskpay or other users. The user agrees to maintain this information up-to-date.

3.19. The data provided by the user during registration and/or use of the platform are not verified by Taskpay for accuracy, completeness, or legality, except as expressly provided. However, Taskpay reserves the right to request confirmation of the data provided and/or supporting documents (such as identity documents, registration certificates) at any time. Failure to provide such documentation, at Taskpay's discretion, may be deemed as providing false information and result in consequences under this Agreement. If the data provided do not match the supporting documents or do not allow identification of the user, Taskpay may deny access to the account or the platform. The user must provide all requested information and documents within the specified time.

3.20. Taskpay reserves the right to block the user's account, restrict access to certain services, or delete any content, links, or information without explanation, including in cases of violation of this Agreement and/or Russian law. The determination of such violations is made unilaterally by Taskpay. The user agrees to such measures and undertakes to comply with Taskpay's decisions.

3.21. The user is solely responsible to third parties for any actions taken using the platform, including any violations of third-party rights, and for compliance with Russian law in connection with the use of the platform.

3.22. The user retains all rights to the information they post on the platform. The user independently creates, modifies, publishes, and deletes content without our intervention or approval. The service is not responsible for user-generated content and does not act as its distributor.

3.23. Taskpay is not obligated to pre-screen user-generated content. Taskpay will act on content based on reports or decisions by authorized persons in accordance with Russian law.

3.24. When using the platform, the user is prohibited from:

3.24.1. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or otherwise posting/distributing content (including information) that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to public morals, that demonstrates or promotes violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, propagates hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, contains insults towards any person or organization, includes elements or promotes pornography, child erotica, or LGBT content, or constitutes advertising or promotion of sexual services (including disguised as other services), or explains the process of manufacturing, using, or otherwise utilizing narcotic substances or their equivalents, explosives, or other weapons;

3.24.2. Violating the rights of third parties, including minors, or causing them harm in any form;

3.24.3. Impersonating another person or representing oneself as a representative of an organization or community without proper authority, including claiming to be an employee or representative of Taskpay, its moderators, or the owner of the platform, or otherwise misleading users or the platform regarding the nature of any entity or object;

3.24.4. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or otherwise posting/distributing content without the legal right to do so under Russian law or any contractual relations;

3.24.5. Posting or transmitting unauthorized advertising, spam (including search spam), lists of other people's email addresses, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing systems, online earning or email business schemes, get-rich-quick letters, or using the platform solely to redirect users to other domains;

3.24.6. Uploading, sending, transmitting, or otherwise posting/distributing any materials containing viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or software, facilitate unauthorized access, or distribute serial numbers for commercial software products and programs for generating them, logins, passwords, or other means of unauthorized access to paid online resources, or links to such information;

3.24.7. Using computer codes, files, or programs to automate work with the service;

3.24.8. Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to change the IP address;

3.24.9. Unauthorized collection and storage of personal data of other persons;

3.24.10. Disrupting the normal operation of the platform;

3.24.11. Posting links to resources whose content contradicts Russian law;

3.24.12. Facilitating actions that violate the restrictions and prohibitions established by this Agreement;

3.24.13. Encouraging unlawful actions or facilitating individuals in committing acts that violate the restrictions in force in the Russian Federation;

3.24.14. Violating the rights of minors and/or causing them harm in any form;

3.24.15. Infringing upon the rights of minorities;

3.24.16. Otherwise violating legal norms, including international law.

3.25. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by the Taskpay platform regarding account usage.

The user is not allowed to use:

3.25.1. Inactive social network profiles;

3.25.2. Other persons' social network profiles or their clones;

3.25.3. Incomplete social network profiles, profiles without avatars, or with closed walls;

The user is also prohibited from:

3.25.4. Having more than one account on taskpay.ru. Otherwise, Taskpay may block all of the user's accounts on the platform;

3.25.5. Buying, selling, transferring, or otherwise distributing accounts listed on taskpay.ru;

3.25.6. Manipulating the rating by any available means. A first violation will incur a fine; repeated violations may result in account blocking.

3.26. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by Taskpay regarding the top-up of the advertising balance:

3.26.1. When depositing funds into the advertising balance, the user agrees that the funds will not be returned and will be deemed as compensation for the rights to use the results of intellectual activity and the services rendered, which are non-refundable and cannot be considered damages or unjust enrichment, in accordance with this Agreement and Russian law;

3.26.2. To top up the advertising balance, the user must use only bank cards and accounts to which they have lawful access;

3.26.3. The user is not allowed to top up the advertising balance on behalf of third parties;

3.26.4. In the event that the user's account is blocked by Taskpay for violating the terms of use, the user shall not demand the transfer of funds to another account on the platform.

3.27. The user is prohibited from posting tasks that contain:

3.27.1. Content (including information) that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to public morals, demonstrates (or promotes) violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, propagates hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, contains insults towards any persons or organizations, includes elements (or promotes) pornography, child erotica, LGBT content, or constitutes advertising (or promotion) of sexual services (including under the guise of other services), or explains the process of manufacturing, using, or otherwise utilizing narcotic substances or their equivalents, explosives, or other weapons;

3.27.2. Content that is directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.28. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by Taskpay regarding task completion:

3.28.1. It is forbidden to accept orders that the user is unable to complete on time and with proper quality;

3.28.2. Users are prohibited from providing results for a task that they do not have ownership of;

3.28.3. It is forbidden to submit false reports on task completion. This may result in the blocking of the account. The administration may periodically review task reports to identify violators who do not complete tasks but claim that they have done so;

3.28.4. It is forbidden to accept tasks that contain content directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.29. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by Taskpay regarding task creation:

3.29.1. It is forbidden to create personal orders in which the client is also the performer;

3.29.2. Creating fictitious orders that will not be paid for is prohibited;

3.29.3. Vague formulation of tasks with ambiguous meaning is prohibited;

3.29.4. A task may require only one action. It is forbidden to combine two or more actions that can be performed separately in a single task. Examples of combined tasks include translating two (or more) articles or leaving at least five comments, etc.;

3.29.5. Creating identical (or nearly identical) tasks is prohibited. It is forbidden to create several tasks when one recurring task could suffice;

3.29.6. Tasks that require sending paid SMS messages (or other payments) during execution are prohibited;

3.29.7. It is forbidden to request or use users' credentials, including phone numbers, passport details, or bank account numbers;

3.29.8. Tasks that may result in the performer incurring debt obligations are prohibited;

3.29.9. Creating discrediting tasks is prohibited;

3.29.10. Creating tasks with conditions that are clearly unachievable or cannot be completed within the allotted time is prohibited;

3.29.11. It is forbidden to review and process payment for a task outside the platform;

3.29.12. A task must not require any actions before clicking the "Complete Task" button; all actions in the task should be performed after the task is accepted (by clicking the "Complete Task" button);

3.29.13. In the event a task is blocked, any completions accepted by performers before the blockage will be automatically paid;

3.29.14. In case of non-payment for a task, it is forbidden to use the resulting work or any part of it for any purpose, including publishing, modifying, or transferring to third parties. All rights to the result of unpaid work remain with the performer, who alone may dispose of them at their discretion.

3.30. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by Taskpay for the partner program:

3.30.1. Referred users must be active on the platform by completing tasks and/or topping up their balance; otherwise, Taskpay reserves the right to delete the account of a referral associated with a partner. The determination of sufficient account activity is at Taskpay's discretion.

3.30.2. The user is prohibited from using, without prior written consent from Taskpay, the platform's brand name, logo, design elements, or any other intellectual property of Taskpay.

3.30.3. The use of targeted advertising for the Taskpay brand is prohibited.

3.31. The Taskpay service is provided on an "as is" basis. Taskpay makes no warranties regarding error-free and uninterrupted service, nor any other warranties not expressly stated in this or other agreements posted on the site.

3.32. The user understands and agrees that no software, including the platform's services, is free of errors. The user is not entitled, when using the services, to:

3.32.1. Sell, license, or sub-license, rent, or transfer the services to third parties without the written consent of Taskpay;

3.32.2. Translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the services or obtain information about the algorithms used in the software product;

3.32.3. Assist in any actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by this Agreement;

3.32.4. Otherwise violate legal norms, including international law.

The user hereby confirms that they possess the technical knowledge necessary to run and use the Taskpay services, including hardware and software requirements, and that they have the technical means required to use the provided services as intended.

The provisions of sections 3.24 and 3.31 of this Agreement apply to the services as a whole as well as to their individual components, including, but not limited to, design elements (graphics, layout, etc.), text, images, illustrations, video, music, sounds, and, if applicable, add-ons and updates.

3.25. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by the Taskpay platform regarding account usage:

The user is not allowed to use:

3.25.1. Inactive social network profiles;

3.25.2. Other persons' social network profiles or their clones;

3.25.3. Incomplete social network profiles, profiles without avatars, or profiles with closed walls;

The user is also prohibited from:

3.25.4. Having more than one account on taskpay.ru. Otherwise, Taskpay may block all of the user's accounts on the platform;

3.25.5. Buying, selling, transferring, or otherwise distributing accounts posted on taskpay.ru;

3.25.6. Manipulating the rating by any means. A first violation will result in a fine; repeated violations may lead to account blocking.

3.26. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding the top-up of the advertising balance:

3.26.1. When depositing funds into the advertising balance, the user agrees that such funds are non-refundable and will be treated as compensation for the rights to use the results of intellectual work and the services rendered, which cannot be considered as damages or unjust enrichment, in accordance with this Agreement and Russian law;

3.26.2. The user must only use bank cards and accounts, to which they have lawful access, to top up the advertising balance;

3.26.3. The user is prohibited from topping up the advertising balance on behalf of third parties;

3.26.4. In the event that the user's account is blocked by Taskpay for violating the terms of use, the user may not demand the transfer of funds to another account on the platform.

3.27. The user is prohibited from posting tasks that contain:

3.27.1. Content (including information) that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to public morals, that demonstrates or promotes violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, propagates hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, contains insults toward any person or organization, includes elements or promotes pornography, child erotica, or LGBT content, or constitutes advertising (or promotion) of sexual services (including disguised as other services), or explains the process of manufacturing, using, or otherwise employing narcotic substances or their analogues, explosives, or other weapons;

3.27.2. Content that is directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.28. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding task completion:

3.28.1. It is forbidden to accept orders that the user is incapable of completing on time and with the required quality;

3.28.2. Users are prohibited from providing results for a task for which they are not the rightful owner;

3.28.3. It is forbidden to submit false reports on task completion. This may result in account blocking. The administration may periodically review user reports on task completion to identify violators who do not complete tasks but claim otherwise;

3.28.4. It is forbidden to accept tasks that contain content directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.29. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding task creation:

3.29.1. Creating personal orders where the client is also the performer is forbidden;

3.29.2. Creating fictitious orders that will not be paid for is prohibited;

3.29.3. Vague formulation of tasks with ambiguous meanings is prohibited;

3.29.4. In one task, only one action may be required. It is forbidden to combine two or more separate actions in one task. Examples include: translating two (or more) articles, leaving at least five comments, etc.;

3.29.5. Creating identical (or nearly identical) tasks is prohibited. It is forbidden to create several tasks when one recurring task would suffice;

3.29.6. Tasks that require sending paid SMS messages (or other payments) during execution are prohibited;

3.29.7. It is forbidden to request or use users' credentials, including phone numbers, passport details, or bank account numbers;

3.29.8. Tasks that might result in the performer incurring debt obligations are prohibited;

3.29.9. Creating discrediting tasks is prohibited;

3.29.10. Creating tasks with conditions that are clearly unachievable or cannot be completed within the allotted time is prohibited;

3.29.11. It is forbidden to review and pay for tasks outside the platform's services;

3.29.12. A task must not require any actions before clicking the "Complete Task" button; all actions should be performed after the order is placed (by clicking the "Complete Task" button);

3.29.13. In case a task is blocked, any completions accepted by performers prior to the blockage will be automatically paid;

3.29.14. In the event of non-payment for a task, it is forbidden to use the results of such work or any part thereof for any purpose, including publishing, modifying, or transferring them to third parties. All rights to the results of unpaid work remain with the performer, who alone may dispose of these results at their discretion.

3.30. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by Taskpay for the partner program:

3.30.1. Referred users must be active on the platform, meaning they must complete tasks and/or top up their balance. Otherwise, Taskpay reserves the right to delete the account of a referral linked to the partner. The determination of sufficient account activity is at Taskpay's discretion.

3.32.2. Translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise alter the services, including obtaining information about the algorithms used in the software product;

3.32.3. Assist in any actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions set forth in this Agreement;

3.32.4. Otherwise violate legal norms, including international law.

The user hereby confirms that they possess the technical knowledge required to run and use the Taskpay services, including the hardware and software requirements, and that they have the necessary technical means to use the provided services as intended.

Provisions of sections 3.24 and 3.31 of this Agreement apply to the services as a whole as well as to their individual components, including, but not limited to, design elements (graphics, layout, etc.), text, images, illustrations, video, music, sounds, and, if applicable, add-ons and updates.

3.25. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions imposed by the Taskpay platform regarding account usage:

The user is not allowed to use:

3.25.1. Inactive social network profiles;

3.25.2. Other persons' social network profiles or their clones;

3.25.3. Incomplete social network profiles, profiles without avatars, or profiles with closed walls;

The user is also prohibited from:

3.25.4. Having more than one account on taskpay.ru. Otherwise, Taskpay may block all accounts associated with the user;

3.25.5. Buying, selling, transferring, or otherwise distributing accounts posted on taskpay.ru;

3.25.6. Manipulating the rating by any means. A first violation will result in a fine; repeated violations may lead to account blocking.

3.26. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding the top-up of the advertising balance:

3.26.1. When depositing funds into the advertising balance, the user agrees that such funds are non-refundable and will be treated as compensation for the rights to use the results of intellectual work and the services rendered, which cannot be regarded as damages or unjust enrichment, in accordance with this Agreement and Russian law;

3.26.2. To top up the advertising balance, the user must use only bank cards and accounts to which they have lawful access;

3.26.3. The user is prohibited from topping up the advertising balance on behalf of third parties;

3.26.4. If the user's account is blocked by Taskpay for violating the terms of use, the user may not demand the transfer of funds to another account on the platform.

3.27. The user is prohibited from posting tasks that contain:

3.27.1. Content (including information) that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to public morals, that demonstrates or promotes violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, propagates hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, contains insults towards any persons or organizations, includes elements or promotes pornography, child erotica, or LGBT content, or constitutes advertising (or promotion) of sexual services (including under the guise of other services), or explains the process of manufacturing, using, or otherwise employing narcotic substances or their equivalents, explosives, or other weapons;

3.27.2. Content that is directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.28. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding task completion:

3.28.1. It is forbidden to accept orders that the user is incapable of completing on time and with the required quality;

3.28.2. Users are prohibited from providing results for a task for which they do not have ownership;

3.28.3. It is forbidden to submit false reports on task completion. This may result in account blocking. Taskpay may periodically review task reports to identify violators who do not complete tasks but claim that they have;

3.28.4. It is forbidden to accept tasks that contain content directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.29. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding task creation:

3.29.1. Creating personal orders in which the client is also the performer is prohibited;

3.29.2. Creating fictitious orders that will not be paid for is prohibited;

3.29.3. Vague task descriptions with ambiguous meaning are prohibited;

3.29.4. In one task, only one action may be required. It is forbidden to combine two or more actions that can be performed separately in a single task (for example, translating multiple articles or leaving several comments);

3.29.5. Creating identical (or nearly identical) tasks is prohibited. It is forbidden to create multiple tasks if one recurring task would suffice;

3.29.6. Tasks that require sending paid SMS messages (or other payments) during execution are prohibited;

3.29.7. It is forbidden to request or use users' credentials, including phone numbers, passport details, or bank account numbers;

3.29.8. Tasks that might result in the performer incurring debt obligations are prohibited;

3.29.9. Creating discrediting tasks is prohibited;

3.29.10. Creating tasks with conditions that are clearly unachievable or cannot be completed within the specified time is prohibited;

3.29.11. It is forbidden to review and process task payments outside of the platform's services;

3.29.12. A task must not require any actions before clicking the "Complete Task" button; all actions must be performed after the task is accepted;

3.29.13. If a task is blocked, any completions accepted by performers before the task is blocked will be automatically paid;

3.29.14. In the event of non-payment for a task, it is forbidden to use the results of that work or any part thereof for any purpose, including publishing, modifying, or transferring them to third parties. All rights to the result of unpaid work remain with the performer, who alone may dispose of them.

Content (including information) that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, offensive to public morals, that demonstrates or promotes violence and cruelty, infringes intellectual property rights, propagates hatred and/or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status, contains insults to any persons or organizations, includes elements or promotes pornography, child erotica, or LGBT content, or constitutes advertising (or promotion) of sexual services (including under the guise of other services), or explains how to manufacture, use, or otherwise employ narcotic substances or their analogues, explosives, or other weapons;

3.27.2. Content that is directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.

3.28. The user acknowledges and agrees to the following prohibitions and restrictions regarding task completion:

3.28.1. It is forbidden to accept tasks that the user is unable to complete on time and with proper quality;

3.28.2. Users are prohibited from delivering work results for which they are not the rightful owner;

3.28.3. It is forbidden to submit false reports on task completion. This may result in account blocking. Taskpay may periodically analyze task reports to identify violators who do not complete tasks but claim that they have;

3.28.4. It is forbidden to accept tasks containing content directly or indirectly related to the politics of the Russian Federation.
